Animal nutrition and health
Calcium is one of the essential nutrients in all types of animal nutrition, including pigs, poultry, ruminants, and even pets. The main functions of calcium in animal nutrition are: - proper growth and development of bones and teeth - regulation of heart function and blood clotting - activation of enzymes and hormone secretion - eggshell formation - increased milk production and reduced risk of milk fever - muscle contraction and nerve impulses - activation of enzymes and hormone secretion Ground limestone (calcium carbonate) typically contains between 36% and 38% calcium, while the limestone from our quarry has an even higher calcium content—up to 40%. Regular quality control is conducted at the SP Laboratory in Bečej, where the presence of heavy metals and the calcium percentage are monitored.
The structure of natural zeolite binds mycotoxins to its surface and ionically buffers the digestive system. Due to the surface cation exchange capacity (CEC), the zeolitic surface is polar and attracts complex and polar mycotoxin molecules. The internal cation exchange capacity binds positively charged ions such as the ammonium cation. When excess ammonium accumulates in the digestive system, zeolite exchanges ions, thereby reducing the toxic effect of excess ammonium. Zeolite is approved by the EU for use in the poultry and swine industry as a mycotoxin binder. (70/524/EEC) Zeolite is approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for use in animal feed as an anti-caking agent. (CFR 582-2727) Advantages and positive effects of using DUCAZEL: • anti-caking/flow agent in animal feed • increased durability of pelleted animal feed • improves animal growth and weight gain by increasing feed conversion efficiency • strong affinity for ammonium ensures excellent odor control and a healthy environment • zeolite acts as a ruminal buffer for the entire digestive system of high-yielding dairy cows • reduces intestinal diseases, alleviates diarrhea, acidosis, enteritis, and other gastrointestinal disorders • improved dispersion of feed ingredients by reducing agglomeration • prevents transmission of mycotoxins into milk, eggs, and meat • reduces mortality • improves feed conversion • prevents diarrhea • improves the overall health status of the animal
Products :
Chalk (0.0 - 0.2 mm)
Animal chalk is a mineral supplement derived from the processing of natural calcium carbonate. It is used as an important additive in the production of animal feed. Regular quality control is carried out at the SP laboratory Bečej, where the presence of heavy metals and the percentage of calcium are controlled.

A1x - Animal filler (0.0 - 0.8 mm)
Animal filler is a mineral supplement derived from the processing of natural calcium carbonate. It is used as an important additive in the production of animal feed. Regular quality control is carried out at the SP laboratory Bečej, where the presence of heavy metals and the percentage of calcium are controlled.

Stone fraction (0.5 - 1.2 mm)
stone fraction 0.5 - 1.2 is a mineral supplement derived from the processing of natural calcium carbonate. It is used as an important additive in the production of animal feed.

Grit (1.0 - 3.0 mm)
Grit is a mineral supplement derived from the processing of natural calcium carbonate. It is used as an important additive in the production of animal feed.

Ducazel - ground zeolite
Due to the outstanding natural quality, origin and production process of zeolites, Ducazel has an expanded range of adsorption characteristics. This makes it an effective adsorbent of mycotoxins of various physicochemical properties (from weakly polar to strongly polar, from hydrophilic to hydrophobic). At the same time it is very selective so that it does not adsorb nutrients (vitamins, oligoelements and amino acids).
